a. We collect the minimum amount of business, driver and vehicle information possible to make the service function and to provide appropriate traceability for when jobs are exchanged between subscribing chauffeur businesses.

b. During registration, we will verify your mobile number by sending you a unique access code to use for login.  This code is intended only for the registered driver and will log you out of the original device if used on a second device.

c. Your business credit card details are requested by us to be used for Odigo credit top up and these details are stored securely by our payment gateway partner.

d. Your business bank account details are requested by us to be used for withdrawing your Odigo credit and these details are stored securely by our payment gateway partner.

e. We collect your client mobile numbers to send them notifications about their ride and to allow them to provide feedback about their experience.

f. We will share information with our technology partners to enable the service to operate (e.g. our sms service provider to send you and your passengers sms).

g. We will never share any of your information or your passengers’ information with any parties that are not directly related with the provision of the service.

h. You are responsible for keeping your registration details private.  If you believe your details have been compromised, please contact us at help@odigo.com.au
